An order can be canceled directly from your WhiteWall customer account up to 2 hours after placing it. To do this, log in to your WhiteWall account and select your current order in your order overview.
Click on "Details" on the same row as your order and in the following detail view on the top right on "Cancel this order."
During this period, you have not yet been charged, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation immediately afterward.
Canceled orders also appear in the "My Orders" section of your customer account under "Canceled orders."
After the 2-hour cancellation period has expired, your order will enter the production process and can no longer be canceled.
Please understand that cancellations by e-mail are not possible due to the usual response time.
Please note that the 2-hour window granted by WhiteWall is a goodwill period. In principle, canceling personalized products is excluded.
Important: with WhiteWall Photo Calendars and Coffee Table Books, a cancellation period can unfortunately not be granted for technical reasons, which is why these can no longer be canceled after validating your order.
