Non-personalized products like WhiteWall Gift Certificates and Sample Sets do have a right to withdrawal and can be revoked or returned. More details are in the Terms & Conditions on their website.
Orders of personalized items do not have a right to withdrawal as followed according to the legal regulations on the right of withdrawal and return applied in Germany and the EU for distance contracts (§ 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
