I didn't receive a code after signing up for the newsletter
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Check that you signed up with the correct email address.
- Have you already been subscribed to our newsletter before? The discount code for new customers is only sent once.
My code has expired
The discount code for your first order is valid for 30 days from receipt.
My code is not accepted in the shopping cart
- Have you reached the minimum order value of your country site? You will find an overview in the article “Does WhiteWall offer a discount for new customers?”.
- The new customer code is only valid for your first order.
- Promotional codes usually cannot be combined with each other.
