You can request the deletion of your customer account directly in your customer area under “My Data”. At the bottom of the page, you will find the option “Delete my customer account”:
Important: Before requesting the deletion, please check whether you still have any open orders, returns, or payment-related matters. If so, please wait until these processes are completed so that the necessary data remains available for processing.
Please note that once you have submitted the deletion request, you will lose full access to your customer account and all associated content. Logging in will no longer be possible afterwards! It will also no longer be possible to register again using the same email address. These notices will be shown to you on the page with a warning message for your safety.
