- Your password: Verify that the entered password does not contain any mistake and that there isn't any unintentional space before or after the password. Upper and lower case must also be respected.
- The country shown on the website: the WhiteWall website used during your registration is linked to your customer account.
For instance: if you have registered your account on the WhiteWall US website, you will not be able to log in to any other WhiteWall website (UK, IT, EU, etc.). Your login information would only work on the WhiteWall US website.
The country of the website where you log in must correspond to the website used during your registration.
- Your account has not been confirmed yet: Please ensure that your registration has been completed by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail sent to you after registration.
