The right of withdrawal at WhiteWall does not apply to individually customized products, but only to product samples, gift vouchers, and Art Editions. Withdrawal is possible within 14 days of receipt and can be submitted online in your customer account or by email. Partial withdrawals are possible for eligible orders. After withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the orders manufactured individually according to your desired configuration, there is no right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with the legal regulations on the right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts (§ 312 g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Products that are not subject to individual configuration are exempt from this regulation. For more information about your right of withdrawal, please also refer to our Terms and Conditions.

The statutory right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Regardless, you can cancel your WhiteWall order as usual within two hours after placing the order.
HOW DO I EXERCISE MY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
You can submit your withdrawal for eligible orders and products directly online in your customer account or in writing by email. In your customer account, you will find this option under “Orders”. Your withdrawal can be submitted directly online there. Alternatively, the withdrawal can also be sent by email to customer service (info@whitewall.com).
ONLINE WITHDRAWAL IN CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
After the two-hour cancellation period has expired, the withdrawal button in your customer account under “Orders” will become active.
After opening, all products eligible for withdrawal in the order will be displayed. Select the products you want to withdraw and adjust the quantity if needed. Partial withdrawals are also possible.
After clicking “Continue”, a summary of your selection will be displayed. Please review it and confirm the withdrawal.
After successful submission, your withdrawal will be recorded. You will then automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email. This contains your order number, the products withdrawn, as well as the date and time of receipt of your withdrawal.
