The status of your order can be checked in your account under “My Orders.” From there, you can track the progress of your order, including when it is in production and when it has been dispatched. If you cancel it within the cancellation period, its status will be updated to "cancelled".
Once it is shipped, the tracking number of your order will also be available under "Details".
Furthermore, order and shipping confirmation e-mails from WhiteWall are sent automatically. The shipping confirmation e-mail will include tracking information and details about the respective shipper.
