The way a WhiteWall order is shipped depends on the items included in that order.

WALL ART

All of our single-image products are shipped together but they may not all be in the same package. Depending on the products, your order can also consist of different packages, but they will all leave our Lab simultaneously.

Wall pictures are mostly packed individually unless several pictures of similar sizes are ordered. In rare cases, they may be packed together in one package.

To prevent damage, Photo Papers and Fine Art Prints are shipped separately from other products. They are shipped flat in an envelope up to a maximum size of 60cm x 40cm. Due to their format and production requirements, larger prints are shipped in a tube.

PHOTO CALENDARS AND COFFEE TABLE BOOKS

Photo Calendars and Coffee Table Books are always shipped separately due to their independent production lines. Therefore, they will not be part of the same shipment as other items.

If you order a single-image product from WhiteWall, such as a Print under Acrylic Glass along with a Photo Calendar or a Coffee Table Book. Your order will consist of two different shipments and therefore: tracking numbers.

That implies that both products may arrive at different times.

Typically, this results in a delay of approximately 2 business days for the second shipment.

Please note that multiple Coffee Table Books will constitute the same shipment. The same applies to Photo Calendars.
