How an order is shipped from WhiteWall depends on what products you have ordered within an order.

Wall and picture products

All image products at WhiteWall are always shipped together.

This does not have to be done via one and the same package, depending on the product your shipment can also consist of different packages, but they will leave our house to you together.

Wall pictures are mostly packed individually, unless several pictures of a similar size have been ordered, so in exceptional cases they can all be in one and the same package.

Prints and prints are shipped in a separate package and not with other products in the same package. This is primarily to avoid damage.

Prints and prints are shipped flat in an envelope up to a maximum size of 60cm x 40cm. Larger prints will be shipped in a roll due to format and production.

Photo calendars and coffee table books

Photo calendars and illustrated books are always shipped separately due to their independent production line and are not part of a shipment with other image products and wall pictures.

If you have ordered a picture product from WhiteWall, e.g. an acrylic picture and at the same time a photo calendar, or a picture book, the shipment always takes place in 2 different shipments.

Thus, it may happen that both products arrive at different times.

Depending on the product, this will lead to a delay of about 2 business days.
