A payment via SEPA / direct debit is possible, but restricted accordingly for security reasons. In order to protect both our customers and us from improper entries, a payment via SEPA is secured using various features.
Both your account / e-mail address, as well as the account holder should be identical and clearly assignable for our payment service provider.
If you have problems regarding a payment approval via SEPA, we recommend an alternative payment method. If this option is not available, please contact our customer service.
Please note that direct debit is only possible from an account in Germany or Austria.
