It is possible that your file is too large to be uploaded in the Shopify app. Generally, files can be uploaded directly through the Shopify app by clicking the upload button. However, please note that Shopify only accepts image files with a maximum size of 64 MB.

For a smoother process, we recommend uploading your image files directly on the WhiteWall website under “Shopify Product Management”:

The photos you upload there will then appear in the Shopify app, where you can easily select them:

In the Shopify app, click on “Select image” to choose photos that you uploaded to your WhiteWall account under the “Shopify Product Management” section:
