WhiteWall's image upload limits vary by product: Wall Arts accept files up to 2 GB, with resolutions from 700x700 pixels to a maximum of 625 megapixels and 50,000 pixels per side, depending on aspect ratio. Coffee Table Books allow up to 50 MB online, with no limit via download software. Photo Calendars accept files up to 50 MB, max 50 megapixels, and a longest side of 10,000 pixels.

WhiteWall has a maximum limit of 2 gigabytes per image file in our online configurator.
You should always use the maximum available resolution for your image, i.e. no reduced image data. We accept a minimum of 700 x 700 pixels. A maximum of 625 megapixels and up to 50,000 pixels per image sides are possible.
Your file should also be at least 0.4 megapixels in size (e.g. 700 x 700 pixels).
The maximum size for image files is limited to 625 megapixels. Depending on the aspect ratio of your photo, this results in corresponding maximum dimensions.
