The following file formats can be uploaded to the WhiteWall configurator for our products:
- JPG, TIFF for all image products (e.g. acrylic glass, aluminium, prints, canvas)
- JPG, PNG for Coffee Table Books and Photo Calendars
Unfortunately, uploading RAW files is not possible.
These files are raw data and require prior processing using image editing softwares. Please save your edited files as JPG, TIFF or PNG files for further upload to the WhiteWall website.
Coffee Table Books
Online software:
- File types: JPG and PNG
- Maximum file size: 50 MB
- Supported browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge
Download software:
- JPG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, GIF
- Colour profiles can be embedded and converted to sRGB. CMYK image data should not be used, however, as colour deviations are to be expected here
The file size is generally not limited, but it of course depends on the system resources. As a rule, however, all files can be used.

- max. 50 MB
- max. 50 megapixels
- longest page max. 10,000 pixels
- JPG / PNG
