An ICC profile is stored in the operating system, not the image editing program. On Mac OS X, copy the downloaded *.icc file to MacintoshHD:/Library/ColorSync/Profiles. On Windows 7/10/11, right-click the *.icc file and select "Install profile" to copy it to C:/windows/system32/spool/drivers/color.
An ICC profile is not stored in your image editing program but always in your local operating system. Proceed as follows depending on your operating system:

First, download the ICC profile (file extension: *.icc)
Mac OS X: Locate the downloaded profile file and manually copy this *.icc file to the following folder: MacintoshHD:/Library/ColorSync/Profiles
Windows 7/10/11: Right-click on the downloaded *.icc file and select "Install profile." The file automatically will be copied to the following directory: C:/windows/system32/spool/drivers/color.
