Discrepancies or incomplete information may result in delays in processing your order. Please ensure that your company name (including legal form) and full address match your official business registration.
Important: Without successful validation, we cannot accept your order. After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation stating that your data will undergo qualified verification.
If we detect any discrepancies, our customer service team will contact you by email with the required corrections and ask you to confirm them within 48 hours. If we do not receive your confirmation and correction approval within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CONFIRMATION?
Once you confirm the corrections and we have applied them:
you will receive an automatic confirmation upon completion of the verification
your order will be approved and sent to production
The verified address information will be stored in your customer account, so future verification for the same address will not be necessary.
