At WhiteWall, we work with efficient, automatic production processes. Therefore, changing an order after placing it is not possible. However, changing the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been sent is feasible by contacting our customer service. The new shipping address must be in the same country, however. If there is a mistake in your order, you can cancel it in your WhiteWall account up to two hours after it has been placed and then place a new order. After this period the production process starts automatically, therefore, your order cannot be canceled anymore. Please note that to ensure that it can be canceled in a timely manner, we do not accept cancellations via e-mail.
